About Me

WILD_WOMEN (35 of 1).jpg

My name is Laura Jayne and I warmly welcome you to Wilderness Within. I have been deeply curious & dedicated to my spirituality from a young age alongside developing a strong connection to the Earth growing up close to the land.

I believe in the power of healing ourselves and I am deeply committed to my own inner healing work. I provide offerings with the space and guidance to support others on their unique healing journeys.

I live around the beautiful town of Castlemaine in Central Victoria with my beloved husband Joshua and I am currently immersed in the Victorian Four Season's Journey with the School of Shamanic Womancraft.

I am passionate about creating sacred and safe spaces where we may learn, grow and heal ourselves through connection to Self, the Earth and each other.

Facilitating Women's circles and holding space for spiritual ceremonies. Encouraging deep connection to the Earth and guiding women in connecting to the beauty and power of their menstrual cycles.

Connecting to the Wilderness Within us. Our personal, expansive, untamed, unique and innate wisdom that we can learn, grow and heal from.

“The doors to the world of the wild Self are few but precious. If you have a deep scar, that is a door, if you have an old, old story, that is a door. If you love the sky and the water so much you almost cannot bear it, that is a door. If you yearn for a deeper life, a full life, a sane life, that is a door.”

"I have been so blessed to share in the  wonderful circles held by Laura at Wilderness Within. She holds space with a natural ease and flow and makes everyone feel so welcome. Her presence and energy is like a warm hug and I adore sharing in these spaces with her and the other woman attracted to these offerings. I am so grateful to be a part of this loving and grounded community of likeminded people from many walks of life."
